Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!   PLEASE NOTE: Orders for in-stock items are currently shipping within 1-2 days.  ALL Custom engraved items ordered Dec 8-17 will ship on Monday, Dec 19 due to equipment maintenance. We will not be shipping engraved orders between Dec 25 - Dec 31. Shipping Speed for your DM1 Wallet order

We get a lot of questions asking how long it will take for orders to ship. Generally, for in-stock items, we are shipping within 1 business day - in the case that an order comes in late (after our shipment deadline), 2 business days at most. If your order includes an engraved item, it could add between 1-3 business days depending on how many items we have in our engraving queue. By default, shipping to US destinations is via USPS Priority Mail. They quote delivery to all US destinations in 2-3 business days. We also offer USPS Express mail - with quoted...

FedEx shipping options and Canada shipping

We've added FedEx shipping options to most destinations now. In fact, there are a few countries where we've found that USPS shipping is simply too unreliable, so we're only allowing FedEx to those destinations. If you only see FedEx shipping options to your address, this is probably why... Looks like the Canada Post strike has been averted, at least for another year or two. So Canada shipments are now available with either USPS International or FedEx options. Both are very reliable to Canada, but FedEx is usually a lot faster (and more expensive). Thanks!

Starting July 2, 2016 - CanadaPost Shipments may be delayed

Hi Canadian Customers! Due to a potential strike by Canada Post, parcels shipped with our standard Canadian international shipping rate ($10 to all Canada destinations) may face significant delivery delays. The nature of a postal strike is very unpredictable and could result in very late deliveries. While it is a fairly expensive option, we strongly suggest that Canadian customers use FedEx International shipping for any time-sensitive orders until the postal strike threat has been resolved. Thanks for understanding that these circumstances are completely out of our control.
